Collaborative Technology Used

The story so far... (technically)

About mid-2008, FileMaker Pro database software was used to collect and collaborate on current and updated research to honour the 2009 update. In order to facilitate the collection/input of information and manipulation of data so that one can organize, update, sort, search through and customize the printing as needed - we needed to find the world's leading edge data base software, namely File Maker Pro (FM).

Last fall (2010), we migrated the Benefits data to a more permanent home, a 'data processing' dedicated instance of Expression Engine. Here, a main table contains all the records; each relating to a research source and covering the benefit outcomes statements and marketing messages. Several other tables make up the static and related data required to provide dynamic updating by several key personnel located across Canada.

It is our hope that this resource will help you be successful with all your efforts and will strengthen both your resolve and your ability to be ‘benefits driven’. The individuals, families and communities we serve deserve your best!
